Overview

This page provides a public record of ThetaMap AI’s transparency materials and updates. It is intended for users, partners, and auditors who want a concise view of what the system is for, what it is not for, and when our notices and documents were last updated.

Non-clinical use: ThetaMap AI supports decision-making and should be paired with human judgement. It is not a clinical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

Self-Declaration (Transparency & Ethics)

ThetaMap AI publishes high-level documentation describing intended use, boundaries, and update history. We align our public materials to widely referenced AI ethics and transparency principles. Where applicable, we also maintain internal processes to support security, privacy, and governance. Formal certification, if pursued, would be conducted by an independent auditor.

Governance (ISO/IEC 38507)

ThetaMap AI is overseen through periodic internal reviews (at least quarterly). Reviews cover scope, risks, transparency materials, and user feedback. Responsibilities are assigned to designated leads, and material changes are recorded on this page. This governance statement aligns with ISO/IEC 38507 guidance.

AI Lifecycle (ISO/IEC 23053)

We follow an AI lifecycle consistent with ISO/IEC 23053: Design (requirements, ethics & risk screening) → Validate (EFA/CFA, reliability, limitations) → Deploy (versioned releases & notices) → Monitor (feedback, drift/misuse watch) → Improve/Retire (changelog & deprecation when needed).

Transparency & Monitoring (ISO/IEC 22957)

Transparency materials include the System Card, Transparency Note, Model Card, and the dated changelog below. We monitor for risks such as misuse, misinterpretation, or unfair impacts; when relevant, we update notices and record changes in the changelog. Contact details for questions are provided below.
